Yokohama TWS is seeking a hands-on Industrial Tire Service Technician to join our Interfit team in Bensenville, IL. In this role, you’ll travel to customer locations in a company truck to install and service industrial tires on forklifts and material-handling equipment, while also supporting operations at our local facility.

What You’ll Do

  •  Safely operate a truck up to 26,000 lbs. GVW and travel to customer sites.
  •  Mount and replace solid and pneumatic tires on forklifts and industrial equipment.
  • ️ Operate tire presses, air compressors, air tools, lift gates, and related equipment.
  • ️ Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
  •  Perform daily vehicle and equipment safety inspections and report maintenance issues.
  •  Maintain truck inventory and assist with warehouse loading, unloading, and inventory activities.
  •  Follow all safety, service, and quality standards.
  •  Deliver dependable, professional service while working independently with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-focused, organized, and mechanically inclined, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or a similar environment
  • Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to use smartphones, tablets, computers, and electronic/physical maps

Preferred:

  • Forklift and material-handling equipment experience
  • Tire mounting and tire-press experience
  • Knowledge of industrial tires
  • Experience with warehouse or production equipment
