What is NextGen at Yokohama TWS?

At Yokohama TWS, we are launching NextGen — our new Graduate Program designed to accelerate growth and develop the leaders of tomorrow.

NextGen is different from traditional graduate programs. It is fully personalized around your talents and potential.

Over up to 48 months, you will complete up to three assignments lasting 12 to 18 months each, across different business functions and countries.

We are looking for a CRM & Web Specialist!

The CRM & Web Specialist role is designed for young talents aiming to grow into well-rounded marketing professionals, combining digital, customer experience, and business knowledge. Reporting to the Mitas Marketing Director, the role supports core CRM, web, marketing and communication activities, working closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to multi-department projects.

Throughout the program, the candidate will progressively develop expertise in CRM tools and customer engagement processes, supporting the business in improving the effectiveness of sales, customer service and marketing activities. Key responsibilities include facilitating the use of CRM systems, collaborating with Sales and IT to identify and solve technology-related issues, supporting user training and workshops, preparing and customizing marketing reports, identifying opportunities to improve CRM usage through automation, and participating in user testing and system upgrades to ensure business objectives are met.

The role also includes supporting marketing and communication activities connected with loyalty programs, while building a strong foundation for long-term growth and development within the organization.

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support CRM development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in user training sessions and support adoption of CRM tools
  • Prepare and customize marketing reports and analyses from CRM data
  • Contribute to customer engagement and retention activities in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Service
  • Support data quality, compliance, and user testing activities
  • Contribute to website performance and user experience improvements, including A/B testing activities
  • Coordinate with external partners and developers on digital and web-related initiatives
