Principais responsabilidades:

Apoiar nas rotinas contábeis, como lançamentos e conciliações;
Auxiliar na organização e controle de documentos fiscais e contábeis;
Dar suporte na elaboração de relatórios e demonstrativos financeiros;
Apoiar no controle de contas a pagar e a receber;
Auxiliar nas atividades de fechamento contábil mensal;
Suporte às auditorias internas e externas, quando necessário.

Requisitos:

Cursando Ensino Superior em Ciências Contábeis (a partir do 2º semestre);
Conhecimento em Excel;
Organização, atenção aos detalhes e proatividade

Diferenciais:

Conhecimento em sistemas ERP;
Noções de legislação fiscal e contábil;
Experiência anterior (mesmo que acadêmica ou estágio).

If your application matches openings in another company in the Yokohama TWS group, your application with your personal data will for the same purposes be transferred to that company.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is our legitimate interest and your consent (in the case of advertising post). Therefore, you will be asked to give your consent below (in the case of advertised post) and in connection therewith you will have to confirm that you have read this privacy policy and that you consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.

Disclosure and transfer of personal data

The personal data collected and processed through our career pages will be accessible only to selected Yokohama TWS employees or external recruiters selected by Yokohama TWS and for recruitment purposes only. These persons may access your personal data from abroad both within and outside the EU/EEA. Such transfer of personal data, if any, to or from another country is necessary for Yokohama TWS to be able to evaluate your interest in the company and whether or not we would be able to conclude an employment contract with you. The legal basis for any such transfer is that we believe that both our interests in transferring the personal data in order to assess your application overrides any interest you may have to privacy of your personal data as provided. As for applications relating to a specific position, which has been announced for in an employment ad by a specific company within the Trelleborg group, your personal data will be transferred to that company. Furthermore, if another company within the group is responsible for the administration of the recruitment, your personal data will be transferred to that company as well. Information regarding to which companies such transfers will be performed, and in which countries these companies have their business seats, will appear from the relevant employment ad. As for spontaneous applications, which do not relate to a specific employment ad, your personal data may be transferred to any company within the Yokohama TWS group to which your application might be of interest.

Security and confidentiality

Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are taken and maintained to protect personal data against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, destruction or loss of personal data.

Your personal data will be kept in confidence and we will hold it during the recruitment process, until the recruitment process is completed and for a period of up to two years thereafter, in order to be able to defend potential legal claims (we will keep only that data which might be useful for a potential legal claim).

If you have not applied for an advertised post, your personal data will be held for a period of twelve months and if you withdraw your consent before the end of that period, we will no longer save your personal data.

You can also contact us should you want your personal data corrected, updated, deleted or restricted in any way. In certain situations, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and request that your personal data be transmitted in an electronic format.
