About the Job:

As the Country Finance Controller, will manage business results analysis and monitoring, internal reporting and planning, costs control. It gives advice to management for structuring business activities from various financial aspects. It takes care about credit limits to be in line with established guidelines and processes. It follows credit standing of counterparties and takes actions in case of late payments or credit problems. It is in regular contact with internal and external counterparties like auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, analyse & execute monthly consolidation of the local P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Ensuring the duties are executed to respect procedures and timing for the Group and the Internal Reporting
  • Supporting Management’s decisions with financial perspective, by analysing figures, and preparing ad hoc reports
  • Provide inputs for regular or new business activities from various financial aspects
  • Cooperate with accounting department and execute activities to maintain appropriate and accurate system of accounting, internal controls and reporting to fulfil all requirements
  • Provide support to other functions to optimize business risks
  • Recommend and monitor use of various payment conditions
  • Monitoring of credit standing of customers or other counterparties
  • Provide support for other departments in communication with counterparties about credit risk and/or direct communication with counterparties with credit problems
  • Select and maintain relations with external counterparties and providers of services for financial area

Key Requirements:

  • Solid background in accounting, with hands-on experience in month-end close, management reporting, and balance sheet review
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, controlling, or financial control roles
  • Strong foundation in financial analysis and controlling, including performance monitoring, cost control, and variance analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for management reporting
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and take ownership of deliverables in a deadline-driven environment
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet reporting and closing deadlines
