About the Job:

As a [Job Title], you will lead and oversee all day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant to meet defined financial, operational, safety, and quality objectives. This role ensures efficient resource utilization, fosters a culture of excellence and accountability, and drives continuous improvement across all functions of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Plant Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversee daily plant operations to achieve financial, operational, and performance goals.
  • Monitor and optimize production costs, efficiency, quality, and resource utilization.
  • Define and deliver key KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and people.
  • Manage plant budgets and allocate labor, equipment, and capital to maximize output.
  • Lead, develop, and support the plant management team and employees.
  • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, IMS standards, and company regulations.
  • Represent the plant in internal and external audits.
  • Promote Manufacturing Excellence and a strong Safety culture.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Chair strategic, tactical, and operational plant meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • A leader who leads by example: hands-on, solution-oriented, and willing to work side by side with teams to understand challenges, explore options, and co-create impactful improvements.
  • Higher education in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field.
  • Proven team's management experience in manufacturing (metal or heavy industry experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
  • Hands-on attitude to 
  • Experience working with operational KPIs, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to operate in an international corporate environment and align with Group standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and structured problem-solving.

  • Base annual salary: €80,000–€100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
