We are seeking a Controller to serve as a dedicated Business Partner for the Goodyear Off-the-Road (OTR) business. This role is critical in supporting the financial integration of Goodyear OTR into Yokohama TWS, ensuring contract compliance, financial alignment, and robust analytical support across commercial, logistics, and tax domains. The position will be a key interface with both the Local Finance Director and the Goodyear OTR SVP Finance.
Act as the main financial point of contact for Goodyear OTR matters in Brazil.
Coordinate the integration of Goodyear’s OTR business into Y-TWS systems, controls, and reporting structures.
Interface regularly with local leadership and the SVP Finance for Goodyear OTR.
Monitor, track, and audit all contractual terms defined under the Product Supply Agreement (PSA) with Goodyear.
Ensure contract execution aligns with commercial and operational activities.
Work closely with Commercial, Finance, and Tax teams to evaluate the impacts of Brazil’s tax reform (CBS/IBS).
Support pricing strategy adjustments, competitiveness reviews, and footprint optimization initiatives.
Provide close financial support to Logistics teams to control and optimize freight, warehousing, and distribution costs.
Ensure cost visibility and track deviations from forecast.
Deliver financial reports, pricing simulations, and cost benchmarking.
Leverage BI tools for performance dashboards and scenario planning.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Solid previous experience in Controllership, FP&A, or Financial Business Partnering roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel and ERP experience
Proficiency with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Contract compliance and pricing framework experience is a plus
Language Skills:
Fluent/Advanced English is mandatory
Spanish is a strong plus
Behavioral Skills:
Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable navigating cross-functional and cross-border environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
