About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Surabaya operations. This role carries full responsibility for branch performance, including operational excellence, P&L delivery, safety compliance, inventory control, and people leadership. You will guide and develop multidisciplinary teams, drive sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure our service standards consistently meet Yokohama TWS expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a consistently safe, compliant, and well-managed work environment. Lead all EH&S initiatives, ensure mandatory staff training is completed on time, and act as a visible advocate for safety across the branch.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin objectives. Support Business Development initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with national and local customers.
Champion a customer-first culture by delivering exceptional service standards. Promptly resolve issues, monitor service quality, and ensure an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.
Drive strict adherence to inventory management processes to achieve zero stock losses. Maintain robust operational procedures, uphold housekeeping standards, and ensure efficient daily operations.
Deliver monthly and annual sales, gross margin, and EBIT targets. Uphold pricing frameworks, maintain cost control, and ensure accurate stock take processes in alignment with business requirements.
Provide strong direction, coaching, and motivation to branch employees. Conduct performance reviews, manage conduct and capability issues effectively, and ensure completion of all compliance and development training.
Actively oversee daily operations, planning, and business initiatives. Support marketing activities, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure full compliance with company policies and legislative obligations.
