GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION 

The position grants regular support to the Country Controller in routine activities. Entering data into ERP or other supporting IT systems and making basis simple validation of data. Preparing regular reports that cannot be automatized and present them for further evaluation. This position is in regular contact with few internal or external counterparties but for exactly defined tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Correct and timely entry of data into ERP or other IT systems
  • Correct and timely generation of reports
  • Maintenance of dedicated systems (tables, reports) with the help of IT or other colleagues
  • Maintenance of basic entries into GL (invoices, upload of documents for reconciliation, cash journal, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION…) 

  • Fluent in English
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Degree in Economics/Finance
  • Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
